- All the purchases are “MADE TO ORDER”, thus non-refundable.
- You may exchange the product for a different size.
- If any product you have ordered from us is damaged or defective—you may exchange the product against the same style and colour for a fresh product.
Need to Exchange – Few points to remember
- The product should be unwashed and unused and in the same condition as you received , in its original packaging along with original tags.
- The exchange is valid within 5 days from the date on which these goods were delivered at the delivery address.
- We do not return or exchange any CUSTOM ORDERS.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGE IF THE DRESS DOES NOT SUIT YOU.
- SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE UNEXCHANGEABLE/ NON-RETURNABLE, except in case of size issues
- Once received, our team will study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective product, the label should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. We will request you to share a picture immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
- All products that need to be exchanged shall be shipped within 3-5 days of receiving a reply (by e-mail) regarding the issue.
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Easy Domestic Returns And Exchanges
It’s easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:
- Send an e-mail to us on email@example.com to raise a request for exchange. We shall revert to you within 24 hours, thus helping you with your exchange. Or Contact on +(91)-8178272710.
- Meanwhile, on the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the reason(s) for return on your invoice.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice and tags.
- We shall then arrange for REVERSE PICK from the address where it was originally delivered.
Products at ZUMAIRA are designer made, intricately crafted and sourced from various parts of India. There may be very little variation in colour of the actual product against that as shown on the website due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and capabilities of computer monitors. While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
In case of a damaged/defective product, we will refund the amount in your bank account in the next 5-7 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Most refunds post in your account within 2-5 business days, please ask for transaction details in case if it does not show up.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and be credited automatically in your bank account. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you want to modify your order and have not hit the “place your order “button, you can remove items from your cart and make any changes necessary. Once you’ve hit the order button, your order has gone through. If you want to make a change in your order, you can inform us with changes to your order within 24 hours on email@example.com
Once the order gets confirmed, we may not be able to make any changes to your order. In case of cancellation due any change of plans, Zumaira reserves the right to refund or offer an exchange voucher.
